How is the overall communication between teachers and parents, and the administration and parents? How is communication facilitated?
A+. Teachers happy to talk to parents. There were two parent teacher meetings each year where the teachers sit down for 5-10 minutes with each parent and went over kids performance/issues. You could go any time to talk the teachers. - Aug 2013
B. Pretty good, but they have "student led conferences" starting in elementary school which means the parents don't talk directly to the teachers. Each class puts out a monthly newsletter, but I got the feeling that one of my children's teachers wasn't really interested in two-way communication. - Jul 2010
Almost non-existent. I went to a parent teacher conference and tried to raise a serious concern and was told it was not the time or place to raise it. - Jul 2010
