Nairobi - School Report Question and Answers

Describe the general climate of the grade level that you teach or your child attends:

We were very pleased with this school. My child's age group was divided into three classrooms with about 12-15 students in each room. They remained with this group as they moved up each year. Math and literacy classes were differentiated so all the children could stay with the peer group but progress at their own levels. Teachers both years were kind, helpful, and very concerned about the students. They took time to respond to my emails, answer my questions, and involve themselves personally in coaching my son in little "extras" like social skills. We also were very pleased with the number of after-school options offered to students. - Jan 2015

Very good - both kids are very happy. - Aug 2014

Things are pretty positive at the elementary level and there is typical middle-school conflict/angst at that level. - Dec 2011
