B: It is hit or miss. We happened to have very good teachers but friends of ours were always surprised by the work and complexity of my kids' assignments because they weren't doing the same thing in the same grade. Our kids were always "meeting expectation" even though they were reading and doing math above grade level. If that was true, then most of the other kids in the class must have been way below expectation. - Apr 2014
