Greatest challenge?
Communication. They try, but I often feel like I don't know where to look for everything I need. They are getting better at this, too, but it's definitely not perfect yet. Oh, and summer time enrollment is nearly impossible, since the school clears out in one day and people don't arrive back until right before the year begins. - Aug 2015

Living in Dhaka is tough. The greatest challenges are overcoming the poverty, dirt and pressing population density. The power outtages take their toll and so do raising property/rent prices. The school must stay current and positive. - Aug 2010
