Their teaching philosophy and curriculum were aligned with my personal values. Since I am a US-trained teacher in Early Childhood education, it has not been easy for me to find school that I felt comfortable with in South Korea, both as a teacher and a parent. Many schools are way too focused on achievement, as opposed to age-appropriate balance of academics and play, etc. - Oct 2015
