What fine arts electives are available (music, drama, visual arts)?
Music, drama and visual arts are all available. With the new performing arts center, the school is now offering Music and Drama as IBDP subjects. That was not offered when we were there so I can't speak for how well it is run. - Sep 2020
I don't know of any students over 8th grade taking music but I am not positive. Theatre is only up to year 11 (sophmore) although we were told he could take it until he graduated. Visual arts is available but my son came to me today to tell me his teacher has gone on strike for lack of being paid for 2 months so I don't know if it will continue or not. - Nov 2019
Everything, at a preschool level. Lots of art, music, dance, etc. Plus amazing after-school clubs that go further with gymnastics, capoeira, etc. - Sep 2018
yes, all are available - music, visual arts and drama - and are taught to all students throughout the year. Higher grades do have to make choices at some point between the three. ISU has just started the construction of a new performance arts (drama) center on the school compound - to be ready sometime in 2019. - Jun 2018
