Bangkok - School Report Question and Answers
What is the climate for LGBT+ kids at this school? Are there resources they can draw upon? Does there appear to be any exclusionary behavior?
I can't speak on this due to the age of my children, but I have seen indications that the school is LGBT+ inclusive. - Aug 2023
For my answers above, we think the school is extremely welcoming to LGBT+ The only exclusionary behaviour appears to be from the faculty towards parents who like us, who do not espouse the views of having young kids exposed to one-sided teachings. - Mar 2023
ISB is a very progressive school that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in everything it does. This includes teaching gender identity as early as 5th grade. It also promotes LGBTQ issues and has a Gay/Straight Alliance that is promoted during school hours often. If you are conservative, a person of faith or value traditional family values then this school will not be a good fit for you. - Jan 2023
