there are administrators and high school teachers who need new challenges - a number have been at the school for over a decade.Buenos Aires is a nice place to live, but the school would benefit from more frequent turnover and school staff would benefit from new challenges in new locations.Individual career/college counseling is deficient despite the fact that graduating classes are only 60-70 students, not of all whom go on to college. - Jul 2012
