Warsaw - School Report Question and Answers
Are there are any problems with exclusionary behavior, cliques, or bullying at this school? Please describe any problems your children may have experienced in this area.

There are two parallel universes, the locals and expats, and they are held to dramatically different standards. Within the expat population I would qualify the bullying/exclusionary behavior as better than an average American school district. Within the local population, I would qualify it as much, much worse. They do a terrible job of screening for/dealing with behavioral issues and it seems like almost every class has one or two real stinkers. The elementary school principle is very, very busy dealing with behavior issues. - Mar 2017
