B/C- Have heard about some issues regardingnon-diplomatic expats from other countries having to be wait-listed until the last minute for a space at the school and there does not seem to be any guidelines on how who gets accepted immediately and who gets wait-listed and this creates here-say about procedures not being transparent. - Jul 2010
