Are Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) courses available in upper grades? If this is an IB school, is the full diploma required of all students?
No AP courses. IB has just been implemented at ISI, beginning in 7th grade. IB will be added to a new grade every year, so in a few years' time it will be available for 7th - 10th grades. - Jun 2023
No - which is why many kids go back to their home countries or boarding schools at the upper levels. My high school kids transferred back to the United States for 9th/10th grades and adapted very well to their honors/AP/IB programs - this is testament to the quality of instruction they received at Landakotsskoli. - Jul 2022
