This is something we are always trying to improve. We have a buddy system to help welcome new families, and our staff are committed to supporting school families not only in a professional manner, but personally as much as possible. - Mar 2015
B Fortunately, this area is improving!! This year JAIS started the "Buddy Family" system so that each new family is partnered with a family that has been around for a year or so. - Sep 2014
