Cheap, but expect to have to do some training. A full-time gardener can be less than US$150/month and a full time housekeeper/cook for not much more. However, they will need training to your expectations. - Apr 2014
Reasonable but not cheap - US$200-300 for a full time house keeper, US$200 for FT Gardener. I have a French trained chef come on Fridays and make very good and high quality international dishes. He also shops the market for me. I pay him 12 bucks for the day plus the cost of ingredients (usually US$20). - Nov 2006
