What is the best way to make phone calls back home?
Houses have IVG so you can get a USA calling card for a very low cost per minute. You just have to get used to the voice delay, but it is very cheap. The IVG gets busy during peak times so sometimes it's a little inconvenient when you can't call out. - Nov 2006
