Are qualified veterinarians and/or good kennel services available? Do animals need to be quarantined upon entry to the country? Are there other considerations regarding pets that are particular to this country?
Good vets at good prices. Unsure about quarantine. Sufficient kennels, but some people have a hard time finding one they like. - Feb 2017

No, but make sure to have all of your papers in order before bringing a pet. I carried my small dog on the plane with me and had a USDA vet sign off on medical certificate, both I believe helped me in the process once I got to Guadalajara. - Jan 2012
