How much of the local language do you need for daily living? Are local language classes/tutors available and affordable?
You need to know basic Spanish since English is not widely spoken. Sure, some speak English and you could get by without knowing Spanish, but it would be challenging and limit your ability to connect with your neighbors and other connections. Classes and tutors are available. - Aug 2022
