What is the best way to make phone calls back home?
I use the Embassy's IVG line which is not, of course, available to the general public. Many people use calling cards. I brought an MCI prepaid calling card from the States that has a free local access telephone number, which I use for emergencies. I am told, however, that rates on the local market are much cheaper. - Jul 2006
