What do you wish you had known about this particular city/country before moving there?
It's not like the rest of Latin America. It's a bit behind the times, since Colombia has been closed to outsiders for a while (due to drug wars). People will act a bit backwards here. - Feb 2020
Bring rugs, no apartments have carpet and the tile is hard on your feet. There is no such thing as fast service here. Personal space is not something well understood here. - Aug 2019
