Fair to good. It depends on who you're talking to and which season it is. The rainy season is rough, and many people leave for its duration. But the rest of the year, the climate is dreamy. There is lots of construction going on and new restaurants are popping up. There's also a new movie theatre, so morale is improving, I think. - Mar 2008
