What is the overall climate: is it extremely hot or cold, wet or dry, at any time of year, for example?
Hot all year with a windy and chilly dry season between January and April. Very humid during rainy season from June-October. - Sep 2016

November-April is consistently lovely, around 70-80 F degrees and it hardly ever rains. July-September is the big rainy season. I haven't been through that yet but I hear it's absolutely beautiful even though it can be a bit chaotic. - Jun 2014
Warm year around. Between the 60s and 80s November through April (the dry/tourist season) and the 80s and 100s May through October (the rainy season). Heavy rains occur in July and August. - Jun 2013
It has a nice climate. Most of the year it is in the 80s with some 90s. During rainy season (June-ish to Sept-ish) it can rain daily. It is not constant, but it does get old. - Sep 2011
