How would you describe the availability and cost of groceries and household supplies relative to your home country?
More and more western groceries are available now. Costco is in Kaohsiung, and you can get cheese and even sour cream now! Dairy products used to be rare, but now they're cheaper than what you can get in Canada. Cereal is one of the more rare and expensive items; a small box of cornflakes could cost 300NT. - Aug 2011
