Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
I personally find the winters here almost as bad as I did in Russia and had to buy a SAD lamp. Weather here is quite temperamental and there will be times you forget what the sun looks like. - Dec 2024
