Istanbul - Post Report Question and Answers
What is the air quality like at post (good/moderate/bad)? Are there seasonal air quality issues? Does the air quality have an impact on health?
Air quality is pretty decent, especially when compared to other places. The winter is not great and the air can have a burning smell as people burn material for warmth. We ran air purifiers in each room in our house and that solved any asthma/allergy issues (which multiple people in our family have). With the windows closed and air purifiers running, the interior air was great. The summer is beautiful. - Aug 2021
