Are there any unusual problems with insects or other infestations in housing?

We had some gecko problems that facilities quickly fixed. - Jan 2022

Lots of ants, and sometimes cockroaches. - Dec 2018

Ants are the main problem. There are about 3-4 different types and they routinely come at certain times of the year. I wouldn't call them infestations but they can be a nuisance. The ant traps that FAC offers are useless. Ship some of those liquid Terra Baits. The mosquitoes come in the winter (December/January) and vary each year. This year has been somewhat bad. Just keep doors and screens closed. - Feb 2018

Not really. There is some mosquitoes in the summer, usually in the evening. Lizards frequent people's houses but are harmless and don't bother anyone at all. If you have a cat the amount of lizards decreases tremendously. - Aug 2017

No major pests. - Oct 2014

Insects are not much of a problem. There are few mosquitoes and flies, but ants do invade the houses in an attempt to escape the heat of summer as the weather warms up. - Jun 2012
