How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?

I used the Embassy DPO or the Diplomatic pouch. If your mail arrives through international mail, you'll have to pay a customs fee. - Feb 2012
Regular post worked fairly well, though it sometimes took forever for packages to get through. They were held at the post office, and they often forgot to send out notices saying we had a package. - Oct 2011
