Are local buses, trams, trains or taxis safe and affordable?

The local bus/tram in about US$2 for a few hours of riding. Taxis are pretty reasonable. I would only recommend a company called EcoTaxi. They are very good, clean and consistently priced. Most other cabs will charge you different rates all the time. - Feb 2014
