Mozambicans are very friendly. I do wish I had known just how poorly educated people are though. There is a lot of qualifications inflation. Anyone with a modicum of education is referred to as "doctor," but you quickly realize that many of the fundamentals one takes for granted cannot be assumed. - Apr 2014
