Are preschools available? Day care? Are these expensive? What has been your experience with them, if any? Do the schools provide before- and/or after-school care?
In the '90s we had fulltime live in maids (from Colombia) and this was the norm. Nowadays they are harder to find, first hand references a must. No info on daycare. - Dec 2008
