How much of the local language do you need for daily living? Are local language classes/tutors available and affordable?
Tanzanians appreciate you knowing the language and the common man doesn't often speak English, so it is a good idea to know as much as possible. It can also make being pulled over, shopping, fixing something etc etc cheaper and easier. - Nov 2008
