The San Diego Union-Tribune is readily available. We get just broadcast TV (free) and can pick up all the San Diego channels (e.g., NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, WB, UPN). Cablemás has some English channels, like Comedy Central, but you'll have to check their website for specifics on their packages. - Mar 2008
