Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?

Yes. No public transportation. Uneven roads and sidewalks. Honestly, you could probably get a housing allowance to live on the US side as an accommodation and commute for work. Some people do that at post. Not sure how, but it is fairly common. - Oct 2024


Yes, sidewalks will randomly end without warning and there are holes everywhere, like a lot of places outside of the U.S., it would be a difficult place to live if you have mobility issues. - Apr 2023

Tijuana is not a very friendly location for persons with handicaps. It is hard enough to walk around in the pot hole-laden streets, missing concrete slabs on sidewalks, etc., without some sort of handicap. - Dec 2010
