Is this a good city for LGBT expatriates? Why or why not?
I think so. I cannot speak from personal experience, but, there were a few LGBT people in the community when I was there, and they seemed well-embraced. - Dec 2022

Surprisingly, since this is a very Catholic city, I have seen a large gay/lesbian scene in Nuevo Laredo/Laredo. I believe NLD even has a gay pride march every June with a large gathering. - Dec 2015
