What kind of car do you recommend bringing to post, given the terrain, availability of parts, burglary/carjacking risks, etc.? What kind of car do you advise not to bring?
You need a 4-wheel drive if you want to go desert camping but the streets are tight so not a Suburban size. Parts are expensive if you don't have APO. - Mar 2008
