Are preschools available? Day care? Are these expensive? What has been your experience with them, if any? Do the schools provide before- and/or after-school care?
WYIS offers preschool starting at 3, though it is quite expensive and only 3 days a week. The French school offers preschool starting at 2. Many expat parents send their children to a local Montessori school. There are plenty of local Chinese schools, but they are a mixed bag. - Jan 2020
