It's moderate. Good compared to say Jakarta, but if you're a walker, it can get fairly unhealthy because of all the cars on the road, half of which are run on diesel and stuck in traffic. There are open sewers and some locals practice open burning of trash that smoke up the surrounding areas. - Nov 2013
