Yekaterinburg - Post Report Question and Answers
What is your home city/country? How long is the trip to post from there, with what connections? How easy/difficult is it to travel to this city/country?
Our home base is in Indiana. Door to door, it took my daughter and me 27 hours to get there last summer, on two flights with a connection in Finland. Sadly, the direct Yekaterinburg-Helsinki flight has been discontinued, so now we must use three flights to get home, connecting through Moscow and then somewhere else in Europe. The flight to Moscow is approximately two and a half hours, and there are many daily flights. - Feb 2020
