Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?

They would have trouble. There are some sidewalks but they aren't always maintained, and traffic is tough to cross sometimes. Many spaces aren't ADA accessible. - Sep 2017

It would be extremely difficult for someone with physical difficulties due to the lack of sidewalks, broken paving/holes, drivers not stopping for pedestrians, etc. It is very dangerous to walk (or drive) in Sri Lanka. - Dec 2011
