What do people who suffer from environmental or food allergies need to know?
I'm a seasonal allergy sufferer in DC, but have had no symptoms while here. Food allergies are tougher to crack. You can probably do all right if you cook all your own food (and read Russian), but restaurants are not generally used to accommodating those with allergies. - Apr 2021
