Lots of volunteer opportunities to include the Hanoi International Womens Club (HIWC). Volunteering at kids schools is also popular. Personally, I volunteered at a local museum and helped a different cultural site with English translation for social media posts - Jul 2019

Plenty -- orphanages, English teaching, working with disabled persons, religious charities, sports groups, environmental organizations -- you name it.
