What kinds of organic, vegetarian and allergy-friendly foods are available, such as organic produce, gluten-free products, meat substitutes for vegetarians, etc?
I haven’t seen a lot, but there is a small corner in the Fivimart in the Serenade center. Tofu is everywhere. Be aware that Mono Glutamate Sodium is used a lot in Asian cuisine and found in almost dish here in Vietnam. - Dec 2011
There are some organic local vegetables but they are expensive and not widely available. Organic hasn't taken off here yet. - Aug 2011
