How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?

DPO and pouch. You can sometimes (pre-covid) receive a package on Monday for something you ordered on Friday, but most of the time it takes a week to ten days. If you're not with the US Embassy the local post is reliable, but expensive. - Jun 2021
Local mail service seems to be reliable. Post has DPO and pouch. It takes about a week to receive packages through DPO. There have been some issues with damaged packages, but mostly things are good. - Jul 2016
