Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?

Yes. With the winter and the ice on the sidewalks, it would be difficult to get around. I think they've made efforts to be more accessible but it's still a challenge. Certain areas where the embassy community live would be fine, especially with delivery services but if you wanted to really get out and explore, it would be difficult. - Mar 2025
