Not that I know of although it is still a pretty male-dominated society. This is mainly a Catholic country and I have not heard of many religious prejudices. - May 2017

I think due to the large international community, UN, UNMITT, and other NGO's, this is a very mixed communtiy and I have not seen or heard of any issues. - Feb 2010
