What do you wish you had known about this particular city/country before moving there?
I wish I had known better strategies for building community/making friends. Team sports and volunteer work appear to be the most reliable avenues. - May 2023
Not sure what the exchange rate was when previous reviews were written about Sydney, but we found the prices in Australia to be far more reasonable than what we were expecting. Your decisions will obviously depend on your family size and budget, but make the effort to travel as much as possible. - May 2018
