Gender equality is an issue. Expats are exempt from some of the expectations, but gender equality is far from a reality here. - Mar 2017

Angola is still emerging from its civil war, and people just treat each other poorly. I REGULARLY would see people leaving the nightclubs at 5:30 a.m. and just start throwing rocks at each other. - Aug 2014
