What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
Decent size (for the city) and growing. Morale is generally good, and we've met lots of other folks from other embassies, NATO, and other countries as well. COVID made it hard to meet people, but with restrictions opening up there are more and more opportunities to get out and be social. - Mar 2022
