Yes, Minsk would be difficult to get around for those with physical disabilities, but in general, it is better than many cities in Eastern Europe with its wide sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, handicap parking and bathrooms in most modern shopping areas. - Apr 2019
It sort of depends on where you are in the city and how severe the disability. Some areas are well-kept, where others are falling apart. Some buildings have elevators, and others don't, though those with elevators frequently still have a step or two to get into the building. I would say that someone with physical disabilities would probably have a hard time here. - Oct 2011
