Is it easy to make friends with locals here? Are there any prejudices or any ethnic groups who might feel uncomfortable here?

Having the Covid lockdowns interrupt much of our time there, we didn't socialize locally as much as we might otherwise. That said, I think making friends was be much the same as it would be in any major US city. - Nov 2022
