How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?
Yes, they are more than adequate. Even large packages arrive. Everything seems to take about 2 weeks. - Aug 2022

I got mail at the post DPO- sometimes orders would show up in less than one week. if you are not embassy-affiliated receiving orders is limited- Uruguay limits online overseas orders and taxes them quite heavily. - Jul 2020
