Are local sports classes and/or activities available for kids?
Yes. Paid private sports/dance/swimming, etc. are widely available. There are no public offerings of these kinds of activities though. - May 2024

All the schools offer after-school sports & other activities. It's hard for me to comment, because our children do not participate. I hear from neighbors that there are many activities available, but they are all in spanish: gymnastics, cheer, ballet, soccer, piano & other instruments, etc. - Jun 2013
